Roquetas Ministry Centre: Reflecting the Light, Sharing the Journey
Partner with us to create a community space in Roquetas de Mar where immigrants can belong, grow and encounter Jesus.
The Need & the Vision
Roquetas de Mar is a major crossroads, home to more than 16,500 residents from Muslim backgrounds. Navigating life within the intensive agricultural sector known as the "Sea of Plastic", many families face linguistic, social, and systemic isolation.
Behind every statistic is a family adapting to a new country, a young person searching for belonging, or a parent navigating cultural and language barriers.
Roquetas Ministry Centre will be a welcoming space for immigrant individuals and families — a place of connection, growth, and hope. Through relationships, community engagement, and practical support, it will serve as a platform for loving, serving, and walking alongside members of our community.

At Roquetas Ministry Centre, we want to walk alongside residents of Roquetas de Mar from Muslim backgrounds, sharing life, learning together, and pointing to Christ through word and action.
Finance Matters
We would love to open Roquetas Ministry Centre during this school year.
To make that possible, we need to secure a suitable location and complete the renovations required to obtain permits and welcome the community. Before signing a lease, we are trusting God to provide 90% of the funds needed for launch.
Our goal for the launch phase is €53,180.
Getting Ready — €24,500
A one-time setup budget covering renovations, permits, furniture, and essential equipment.
Monthly Operating Costs — €1,235 per month
Covering rent, utilities, programme materials, and ongoing ministry expenses.
As part of our commitment to wise stewardship, our goal is to have €47,800 (90% of the launch target) pledged or raised before signing the lease.
Join Us on the Mountain
In Exodus 17, while Joshua fought in the valley, Moses stood on the mountain with his hands raised before God. Aaron and Hur stood beside him, strengthening him until the battle was won.
As we serve in Roquetas de Mar, we believe ministry is no different. Some are called to the valley, serving on the ground each day. Others are called to the mountain, carrying the work through prayer, encouragement, and practical support.
