Wilson Costa
Wilson Costa dos Santos brings more than four decades of pastoral, organizational, and leadership experience to the service of the Church. Ordained as a Presbyterian pastor 44 years ago, he has faithfully shepherded congregations across Brazil while also contributing to national Christian movements and institutions.
Wilson holds theological degrees from the Southern Presbyterian Seminary and the South American Theological Faculty, and later pursued specialization in Health Services Management at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-SP). His ministry reflects a rare integration of pastoral care, organizational leadership, and strategic vision.
Over the years, he has served alongside influential Christian organizations such as Sepal, FTL-Brasil, Luz Para o Caminho (Presbyterian Church of Brazil), and the Brazilian Evangelical Christian Alliance. He has also held leadership and pastoral responsibilities within major evangelical healthcare institutions, including the Evangelical Samaritano Hospital in Campinas and the Evangelical Mackenzie University Hospital in Curitiba.
In addition to pastoral ministry, Wilson has served as a university professor and conference speaker in administration and Christian leadership. He currently works as a strategic planning consultant for organizations and as a life and career coach, with specialization in Life-Centered Financial Planning.
Residing in Curitiba with his wife Ana Maria, he is a father and grandfather who continues to serve as a volunteer associate pastor, investing in leaders and strengthening churches through wise counsel, pastoral experience, and strategic guidance.
