Garry Mahood

I am an engineer by profession who later moved into a business career, founding a company in the building services industry. After 25 years, I chose to take early retirement.

Following a short break, I established a new company, also in building services, with a growing focus on renewable solutions for heating and hot water production.

Alongside my professional life, I have been keen to serve in mission beyond church ministry, particularly in men’s outreach. I later became involved with ECM Ireland, where I now serve as a trustee. I am continually humbled by the work being carried out across Europe under God’s guidance.

I enjoy walking our dog “Lilly” with my wife Elizabeth, and I also enjoy motorcycling across Ireland, Spain, and wider Europe.

It is a privilege to serve and to witness the remarkable work taking place within ECM.
