Silvio & Tatiana Bizzo

Giovanna

In April 2023, Silvio and Tatiana were challenged to serve in cross-cultural church  planting in Italy.

Following a survey trip to the regions of Lombardy and Veneto in November 2023,  their conviction was strengthened. They gained a clearer vision of the urgent need  for new Protestant churches that faithfully proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Silvio (b. 1970) has been a Christian since 1996. From the beginning of his  Christian walk, he has been involved in urban missions, serving university  students, motorcyclists, and the deaf community. A pastor since 2007, he has  played in planting three churches in Brazil's Federal District. Parallel to his  ministry, he worked at the state-owned bank Banco do Brasil S/A for more than 35  years.

Tatiana (b. 1977) was baptized and made her public profession of faith at the age of  eight. At 15, her faith was awakened to Christian service when she began working  with children in the church. Since their marriage, she has served alongside her  husband, coordinating ministries for children, women, and the elderly, and serving as a vocalist in the worship team. She worked at a state-owned bank called Caixa  Econômica Federal for more than 20 years.

The church planting work was begun in March 2025, in the city of Bergamo (BG),  Italy. The ministry is founded on the faithful preaching of the Gospel, the  administration of the sacraments and discipleship. The purpose is to form  disciples who live for the glory of God, following the teachings of Jesus Christ and  passing them on to others. They believe that the natural result of disciples who  make disciples is the expansion of the Church through the multiplication of local  churches.
