We have three opportunities available. Given their part-time nature and similarity of skills, it is conceivable that one person could do a combination of 2, or even 3 of these roles.
Supporter Relations Assistant
You will be responsible for ensuring that communication with our supporters regarding finance and prayer is of the highest standard. This is therefore a key role in the office team. You will act as receptionist for the office but, crucially, you will correspond with individual supporters concerning their donations and be responsible for recording communications and maintaining the office database. You will be responsible for ensuring that invoices are entered and reconciled in a timely manner. There will be additional financial activities such as preparing Gift Aid submissions to HMRC and reconciling incomings and outgoings. You will need good financial and administrative skills. You should have experience of Excel and be sympathetic to our Christian ethos. Previous experience in a charity is desirable but not essential. Part-time. Salaried. Full details here.
Personal Assistant to the British Director
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the British Director for 1 day per week (to be done on one day or split over Tuesday and Thursday mornings). You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the British Director and coordination of special projects. You will need excellent administrative and organisational skills.
